Henry "Dee" LeBlanc, III was born on August 9, 1967 in Tulsa, the fourth of six children born to Henry, Jr., and Marie LeBlanc. Dee was educated in Tulsa Public Schools, and later attended Tulsa Job Corps and studied brick masonry. He eventually worked in his family's business and in a number other businesses, and finally at Waters Liquors. Dee was preceded in death by both parents. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Thelma Derrick; his daughter, DeAngelice SynTia Marie LeBlanc, and his son, Henri "Dee Dee" LeBlanc, IV.
