Herbert Daniel Giffin, 55, of Cushing passed away February 25, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born in Star Lake, New York on April 21, 1959 to Glenn and Claudia (Dashnaw) Giffin. Herb is survived by his wife, Diana and his loving children. Services will be held at a later date.
