Holli Kara Johnson, born Holli Kara Thornton on April 24, 2003, passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 21 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Holli was the beloved daughter of Crystal M. Henson and Edwin L. Thornton, Jr., and the cherished granddaughter of Tammy M. Bell and Ramona F. Torrez. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, John Mark Henson and Edwin L. Thornton, Sr. Holli shared a close bond with her siblings, Justin L. Baker, Aleya M. Baker, and Mikala R. Wright, as well as her Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins.

Holli married Kyle Johnson and together they were the proud parents of Asten M. Johnson and Kaison G. Johnson.

An avid horsewoman and swimmer, Holli found peace and happiness in nature and water. She was known for her kind heart, compassionate spirit, and warm hugs that could brighten anyone's day. Holli had a free-spirited nature and loved to go barefoot whenever she could—a small but meaningful reflection of her connection to the world around her.

A celebration of Holli's life will be held at Sizemore Landing at Tenkiller Lake on December 19, 2024, at 4:45 p.m, just south of Keys Oklahoma. Guests are encouraged to dress warmly and plan to stay after dark as they gather to honor her memory in a setting she would have loved.

Holli's vibrant presence touched the lives of all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who mourn her passing and inspire them to carry forward her legacy of kindness and love.
