Obituary
Isabel Irene Foster passed away peacefully on December 5, 2016 at age 86. She was born in Shelby County, Ohio on August 21, 1930. Isabel is preceded in death by her daughter, Dawn Marie Fortner, age 49. Survivors include her eldest daughter, Katharine Irene Foster, her son, Jess Foster, her granddaughter, Emily Marie Dawn Carpenter and great grandchildren Mallory Marie Carpenter, age 3 and Oliver Don Carpenter, age 2. Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel, 2103 East Third Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.
