Jack was born October 11, 1947 in Wichita, Kansas to Ralph Herbert Payne and Mildred Butterworth. Jack is survived by his wife: Dorothy Moore Payne; children: Matthew Payne and Phillip Payne; step-daughter: Karen Barney; granddaughters: Melia Payne, Austyn Barney, Hadyn Barney, Jacksyn Quiroz and Aspyn Harrolle; great grandchild: Caiden.
