Jack Phillip Payne, 68, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away October 10, 2016 a day before his 69th birthday. Jack was born October 11, 1947 in Wichita, Kansas to Ralph Herbert Payne and Mildred Butterworth. Jack is survived by his wife: Dorothy Moore Payne; children: Matthew Payne and Phillip Payne; step-daughter: Karen Barney; granddaughters: Melia Payne, Austyn Barney, Hadyn Barney, Jacksyn Quiroz and Aspyn Harrolle; great grandchild: Caiden.
