Jack Lee Perkins, of Mounds, Oklahoma passed away September 16, 2015 at the age of 84. Jack was born May 31, 1931 in Perry, Oklahoma to Nelson Elizabeth Perkins. At a young age, Jack enlisted in the US Army serving his country faithfully. He later worked as a Truck Driver until his retirement. Jack was married to the love of his life, Betty Perkins for more than 63 years. He is survived by Betty along with 2 children, Patty Newman husband Ray of Mounds, OK and Larry Perkins and wife Lori of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by; 3 grandchildren, Heather Coursey husband Jon, Stewart Perkins and Stephen Perkins; 2 great-grandchildren, Cassie Colton and numerous brothers and sisters.
