James Franklin Mackley passed away October 4, 2017. He was born November 10, 1937. Jim served honorably in the U.S. Navy. He had a career in communications and lived in many states. Jim had a warm personality and had a great smile and was loved by all. He is preceded in death by his son: Allan Mackley. Survivors include his wife of 35 years: Sharon of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; son: Steve Mackley of Missouri; daughters: Kathy Vaughn of Missouri, Sue Mackley of Oregon; brother Bill Mackley of South Carolina; sister: Connie Craddock of South Carolina.
