James Nelson Parks, 61, of Tulsa Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at St Francis Hospital on June 19, 2022. Predeceased by his father Kenneth Parks, Sr and mother Alice Parks. Survived by his fiancé Georgia Clonts and her children, Tonya Flores (Jesse) and Tiffany Kirkland, his son Joshua Parks of Iowa, sister Deborah Ernst and the late John Ernst, Sr of Pittsburgh, PA and brothers Edward Parks (Sherri) of Rochester NY, John Parks of Houston TX and Kenneth Parks, Jr of Pittsburgh PA, niece Dana Parks and several grand nieces and nephews of Houston, TX and niece Heather Ernst and nephew John Ernst, Jr (Teri) of Pittsburgh, PA and niece Nicole Haines (Kevin) of Buffalo,Ny, and his faithful dog and companion, Gizmo. A Celebration of Life event with his friends and family will take place at a later announced date.
