Janice Lucille Lovett Brown, Catoosa, Oklahoma, born September 27, 1937 in Romona, Oklahoma to Benard & Leeona Fagan. Jan passed away December 19, 2018 from respiratory complications. Jan was a lover of all things. She enjoyed quilting, bird watching, puzzles, reading and being a member of the Red Hat Society. She was co-founder of Lovett's Frame & Gallery, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and co-founder of Waterfront Frame and Art, Catoosa, Oklahoma. She was an accomplished watercolor artist and teacher. Jan was preceded in death by her first husband: Bill Lovett. Jan is survived by her second husband: Harold E. Brown, daughter: Cindy Summers, Son: Dennis Lovett and sister: Barbara Conley. Memorial contributions may be made to/In lieu of flowers to the Salvation Army or American Legion Cherokee post 1800 Catoosa. A Celebration of life service will be held on December 30, 2018 at Rolling Hills Senior Center between Noon and 4 o'clock.
