Jarvis Preston Offield, 49 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away September 25, 2016. Mr. Offield worked as a unified carrier registration clerk for Tulsa Police Department. He was born May 21, 1961 in Bristol, Tennessee to Ronnie L. and Bonnie Sue (Ballou) Offield. Jarvis is survived by is loving family, friends, and colleagues.
