Jason Scott Bateman, born August 9, 1980, passed away during the late evening and early morning of June 8 and June 9, 2023.

Jason was an outstanding artist, creating 3 dimensional works that took your breath away. In addition, he spent several years in Tulsa at The Line Automotive Striping Company where he helped his customers update their cars with detailed graphics and window tinting. He loved animals and was an avid disc golf player and bicycle rider.

His survivors include his mother, Cheryl Bateman of Broken Arrow, and his brother, Justin Bateman of Valdosta, Georgia. His father, Ted Bateman, preceded him in death in April 2020. Jason was loved by his family and everyone who knew him. With his generous, loving, and outgoing personality, he never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed.
