Jay Evan Hollingsworth, age 79, passed away January 22, 2014 in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. Jay was born on March 4, 1935 to Jay Evan Hollingsworth Sr. and Ruth Anna (Reynolds) Hollingsworth in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After Jay graduated high school he started working as a mechanic in the automotive industry. Jay is survived by his wife Tami Hollingsworth and a son Victor Hollingsworth. Jay was a beloved husband and father and will be missed dearly.
