Jewel Ann Hugo, 80, of Arlington, TX passed away on March 16, 2022 in Tulsa, OK. Jewel was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed, but never forgotten. Her smile would light up the faces of all who laid eyes upon her. Jewel graduated from Edwardsville High School, class of 1959. She earned her bachelors degree from The University of Illinois, class of 1963. She was also a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. Jewel was involved in several choirs, and she was an avid lover of music and the arts. She and her husband, Larry, loved traveling and exploring the history of the many countries they visited. She had a fulfilling career throughout her life that included Public Relations up to Vice President of Trust at the time of retirement. She will always be in our hearts. Her father, Maurice M. Jones, her mother, Mesta S. Jones, and her brother Maurice A. Jones Her husband, Larry W. Hugo residing in Arlington, TX. Her daughter Diane Thomas, son-in-law Rik Thomas, and Grandson Jakson Thomas of Broken Arrow, OK. Her daughter Stephanie Schwartz, son-in-law Mitchell Schwartz, granddaughter's Ashton Roberts and Brooklyn Schwartz of Austin, TX.
