Joan Millican, born September 18, 1944, in Capitol Hill, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026.

Joan was a proud graduate of Midwest City High School.

She is survived by her husband, Dave Millican; her children, Jackie and Steve Harris, Scott Millican and Logan Millican. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Joan was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel V. Murphy; her father, James H. Murphy; and her brother, James M. Murphy.

Her legacy lives on through the family she loved deeply and the many lives she touched. She will be dearly missed.
