Joan Francis Watkins, 82, of Coweta, Oklahoma passed away at her home September 14, 2016. She was a retired LPN. Joan was born in Hayward, Wisconsin to Jerome and Grace (Morrison) Arbuckle on August 27, 1934. Joan is survived by her loving family and friends.
