John M. "Jack" Haynes, 83, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away October 5, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born May 10, 1933 in Tulsa to Joseph Haynes and Mary Ella Margrave. Jack had a passion for helping people so he became a teacher. Jack is survived by he wife, Alice Haynes; daughter: Margaret Perdue (Jim); grandsons: John Daniel Perdue and Joseph James Perdue along with many friends and students.
