John Allen Sr. was born in 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri to William and Eva Pauline Allen. The family moved to Muskogee, Oklahoma where they lived until he met the love of his life Frances Kelley at a chance meeting at a church function at First Baptist Muskogee Church. John was active in the Air Force Reserve and the Army Reserve. They had their first child Traci in 1960 and two years later their son John. The family moved back to Tulsa where they both raised their children. John worked as a warehouse foreman for many years and retired from the Original Chili Bowl Chili. He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Frances Ann Allen, father: William Nathan Allen, and mother: Eva Pauline Allen. He is survived by his daughter Traci Walker (Steve Walker), son: John Allen Jr. (Sheila Allen), grandsons: Brandon Allen (Monica Allen), Michael Allen (Missy Allen), William Walker, and John Walker, great grandkids: Caden Allen, Sophie Allen, Kaleb Allen, and Cooper Allen.
