Mr. Hollen was born December 7, 1960 in Enid, Oklahoma to Glen Douglas Hollen and Kathryn "Ann" Patton. He was preceded in death by his parents Glen Douglas Hollen and Kathryn Ann Patton. And by his grandparents, Robert Garland Hollen, Helen Esther Nielsen, John Isaac Patton and Mary Kathryn Sturgeon. Survivors include his wife, Susan Elaine (Schinnerer) of the home, sons Jon Lucas "Luke" Hollen, Matthew Cody Hollen and wife Jessica Kaye (Scott) and one granddaughter, Annabelle Kaye Hollen. Also survived by siblings Douglas Hollen and wife Valerie, and Diann Hollen, nieces and nephews – Rachel, Andrew, Brittany, Abby, Gavin, Ava, Kate and many cousins and other family.
