Joseph Thomas Toliver, 88, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma passed away March 19, 2017. He was born August 31, 1928 in Panama City, Florida to Bradford Thomas and Dora (Schneider) Toliver. Joe was a salesman for Firestone Tire. Joseph was a Deacon at Faith Baptist Church in Huntsville, Arkansas for many years, a member of the Huntsville Kiwanis Club and also an Eagle Scout Mentor. He is preceded in death by his parents: Bradford and Dora; wife: Katherine Louise Toliver and son John Harold Toliver. Survivors include his son: Brad Toliver of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughters: Katherine Salazar of Skippack, Pennsylvania and Tina Phillips of Ada, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. No services are planned for Joseph at this time.
