Joyce Johnson passed away at her home in Mannford, Oklahoma on May 10, 2017. Joyce was born August 12, 1967 in Beaufort, South Carolina. Joyce married her best friend and life long partner David Johnson on August 22, 1998. She and David raised together two daughters that she adored and thought the world of. She also had three grandaughters that she was very much a part of their life. Joyce was a very kind, generous and selfless person. She always wanted the best for her family. She spent most of her time with her husband, daughters, and granddaughters. Joyce was a shining light to many and she lit up the room everywhere she went. Her main duty in life was to make sure everyone had a smile on their face and that they were taken care of. She was very precious to so many and held a special place in everyones heart. Joyce is preceded in death by her mother Christina Downs that passed in February 2011. Surviving with her husband is two daughters, a son in law and three grandchildren. Also surviving are her dad, step mom and four siblings, two brothers and two sisters. In addition she is survived by aunts, uncles, in laws, many cousins and other close family and friends.
