Judy Brown, 84, of Bixby, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Green Country Care Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Born on July 5, 1942, in New Waterford, Ohio, Judy was the daughter of the late Leon and Ella Corrine Hubbard. Raised with strong Christian values, Judy spent her early life in Ohio before moving to Southern California with her sister Dorothy and brother-in-law Charles. It was in California that she met the love of her life, Donald R. Brown Sr. The pair married on June 30, 1973, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Throughout their marriage, Judy and Donald lived in Corona, California; New Milford, Connecticut; and Yorba Linda, California. In 1980, they relocated to Fort Smith, Arkansas, where they built a warm home for their family. Following her husband’s passing in 2011, Judy moved to Bixby, Oklahoma, to be closer to her son and grandchildren.

Judy was a devoted homemaker who poured her heart into raising her family. She was also an accomplished entrepreneur. In Fort Smith, Arkansas, she co-founded "Little Bit of Country," a thriving arts and crafts business alongside her beloved partners, Lily and Joann. Her talent and hard work allowed the business to expand to additional locations in Sapulpa, Oklahoma; Rogers, Arkansas; and Branson, Missouri.

In her retirement, Judy cherished every moment spent with her family and grandchildren. She loved cooking home-cooked meals and creating through sewing and crafting.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Brown Sr.; Brothers, Dick Hubbard, Sonny Hubbard, and Chuckie Hubbard; and her sisters, Dorothy Fogel, and Shirley Harrison.
