Judy Lynn Carrico, 50, of Tulsa passed away surrounded by love on September 27, 2013. She was born in Odessa, Texas on March 26, 1963. Judy was the Regional Compliance Officer for Good Shepherd Hospice. She is survived by her loving family: children: Eric and Amy Vandenhuerk; grandchildren: Violet, Alexander, William and McKenzie; her mother: Joyce Marie Blackmon; siblings: Sharon Smock, Karen Emerson, Steven Savage and Matthew Blackmon; and a great host of other relatives that miss her dearly.
