Judy Larie Hollingsworth of Broken Arrow, OK passed away at home at the age of 63 on 12/19/2020. She was preceded in death by her mother Oleta Russell. She leaves behind her best friend Sherri Simons Almond and her husband Daniel. Judy also leaves behind her nephew Ray Hollingsworth Jr., nieces Amber McCormick and Angela Salas, her loving cousin Donna McDaniel of Tulsa, and many close friends. Judy was born in Tulsa on April 5, 1957 and attended Daniel Webster High School. Judy majored in Interior Design at OSU and owned an interior design business for many years. She was very artistically talented and creative. Her artwork and murals can be found in businesses and homes throughout Tulsa, as well as on a magazine cover for the Tulsa Performing Arts. She designed, built, painted, and sewed original creations for her clients and friends. There was not an interior design challenge that she could not solve in a unique and original way. Judy also designed and grew beautiful gardens. She continually amazed her friends and clients with her creativity and her unending drive. Most importantly she shared her inner beauty by being a trustworthy, loyal, and kind friend to so many who are mourning the loss of their treasured friend. Judy was recently employed by the Tulsa County Election Board where she recruited election volunteers and registered voters. A celebration of Judy's life will be held in Spring, 2021.
