Mrs. Stockard was born on March 16, 1942 in Newport, New Hampshire. Julie was a devout Christian and was the secretary at her church. She was also employed as a bank teller and office worker. She enjoyed her careers but her first love was being a wife to her husband, Phillip, a mother to Tammy, Marci, and Anne-Marie, a grandmother to Cameron, Cole, Zachary, Abby, and Anthony and a great grandmother to Talon and Cruz. Julie is survived be her husband of 56 years, Phillip M. Stockard; daughters: Tammy Eberhard of Strasburg, Colorado and husband Carl, Marci Lococo-Rodman of Westminster, Colorado, and Anne-Marie Bachmeyer and husband Kurt of Wildomar, California; grandchildren: Cameron Jordan and wife Londa, Cole Jordan and wife January, Zachary Eberhard, Abby Eberhard and Anthony Lococo; great grandchildren: Talon Jordan and Cruz Jordan; siblings: June Gagnon and family, Marie Plante and family, Richard Childs and family and the family of her late sister, Alice. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020, 10:00 a.m., at Florence St. Baptist Church, 200 West Florence Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74011. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation in Julie's name to a local church.
