Kelly Ray Lewis was born on February 16, 1970, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He died February 17, 2013, in Tulsa, at the age of 43. Kelly was a painter. He is survived by his father Kenneth Ray Lewis and wife Nila; his mother JoAnn Lewis; two children: Mallory Lewis and Lushon Ray Lewis; siblings: Brenda Dowling and husband Steve, Kenny Lewis and wife Melanie, and Lindsey Ratliff and husband Rod; seven nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
