Kenneth Jacob Anderson passed from this life on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Tulsa. He was 79 years and 1 day. Kenneth was born December 12, 1939 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to his parents Cecil Rhoad Anderson and Virginia May Ward Anderson. Kenneth was the 2nd born of 4 children. Kenneth graduated from Tulsa Central High School. Kenneth was an accomplished artist. At his peak, he was known as one of the top five glass etchers in the world. He also painted many pictures and did carving and wood working. He had a shop in Eureka Springs, Arkansas where his artistic creations were sold as well as to many other locations around the world. He loved nature and spending time outdoors. He and his daughter spent time together exploring their ancestry and learning about their roots. Kenneth was a student of history and enjoyed searching out little known facts to make history more real to him. Kenneth is survived by his son, Gary Anderson and wife Francine of Tulsa; Brother, Robert Anderson and wife Kay of Verdigris; Sisters, Anita Vickers of Apache, and Juanita Myers and husband David of Apache; four grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Virginia Anderson; and his daughter, Virginia Ann Eastham, all of Tulsa. A memorial will take place in the new year. Donations may be made in Kenneth's name to Clarehouse, Tulsa, Oklahoma. A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Cremation Society Chapel, 2103 East Third Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
