Kenneth Randall Barber "Randy" was born March 27, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas to his parents: Kenneth and Clara (Thurman) Barber. Randy passed away February 26, 2012 in Tulsa. He is survived by his mother: Clara Barton of Golden, Colorado. His father, Kenneth Rollins Barber precedes him in death.
