Kirk Robert Davis, age 54, passed away at his home in Tulsa, OK on October 12, 2020 after long battles with several illnesses. Although these battles were often painful -both physically and emotionally- he always remained kind to all and was loved my many. He was born October 25, 1965 in Troy, MO, graduated from Independence Bible School where he later worked, and attended Independence Jr College in Independence, KS. He began his career as an aid at Fulton Nursing and Rehab in Fulton, MO, then worked as a file clerk at Women's and Children's Hospital in Columbia, MO. For the next 20 years he worked as a financial analyst for hospitals in KS, TX and OK. In 1985 he married Karen Knight with whom he had a son Brandon and a daughter Ashley. He is survived by his parents Robert L. Davis and Bernadine Kirks Davis, and brother Kris Alan Davis of Auxvasse, MO; son Brandon Kirk Davis of Bartlesville, OK; daughter Ashley Nicole Davis of Edna, KS; niece Lauren Davis of Fulton, MO; ex-daughter-in-law Kari (Tasker) Davis of Bartlesville, OK; and the light of his life, grandson Johnathan Brandon Davis of Bartlesville, OK. Kirk is also survived by uncle and aunt Robert and Lou Kirks of Independence, KS; aunt Vada Hampton of Fulton, MO; cousins Cheri Jefferson and Julie King of Independence, KS; Rodney Kirks of Auburn, Washington; George Hampton of Auxvasse, MO; Sydney Havrum, and Larry and Joy Johnson of Fulton, MO; and ex-wife Karen Davis of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by special cousins and caregivers Keith and Charla Knight of Tulsa, OK; and many other relatives and friends. LEGACY TOUCH DV32VQFE
