Lanny Dale Heston, age 70 years, of Boynton, OK, passed away Monday June 7, 2021. Lanny, son of James E. Levick and Anna Marie (Woolsey) Heston, was born July 11, 1950, in Wichita, KS. He was united in marriage to Elaine Reed on August 2, 1971. Lanny loved spending time with family and coffee buddies drinking coffee, boating with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed gardening, farming and passing on his vast knowledge of all things mechanical to his children and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Elaine; 2 sons, Doug Levick and wife Melanie of Norman, OK; Rodney Heston of Council Hill, OK; 1 daughter, Tina Mitcham and husband Tim of Boynton, OK; 4 grandchildren, Caitlyn Levick, Josie Heston, Jonathan and Madalyn Mitcham; 5 sisters, Vanda Boyd and husband Bill, Tonya Ackerman and husband John, all of Sulfur Springs AR, Zona Craig of Bentonville, AR, Quilla Sullivan and husband Charles of Nixa, MO, Karen White and husband Thomas of Wyandotte, OK; 3 Step-Sisters, Faye Jean Heston of Conway, AR, Vickie Lee and husband Tom of Falcon, CO, Deborah Boyd and husband Rich of Omaha, NE; 1 Step-Brother, Jeff Dahr of Huron, SD; and a host of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father, James E. Levick and his Mother, Anna Marie Heston; Stepmother, Lois Levick; Stepfather, Everett Heston; 1 Stepbrother, Frank Heston; Nephew, Jeff Heston; Nephew, Conner Reed; and Nephew James Reed.
