Tish was born on August 21, 1936 to Herb and Annabell (Cole) Watkins. She grew up in the Cole Community and attended Cole School she then graduated from Pryor High School.
She retired from the State of Oklahoma after working for Whitaker Children's Home and later the Military Department.
Tish was known to many for making cookies and fried pies. She loved sharing with the Pryor Police, Fire Department and Sheriff's Office. Tish usually always had a cold drink and goodie of some sort for her mail carriers and when MUB had to do anything at the house they could always expect a tray of cookies. She would send a box full of fried pies and cookies with Walter when he went on his yearly fishing trips.
Her and her buddy Cindy Couch knew everything that went on in the neighborhood if one didn't know the other one did. Her kids could always expect a call on their birthdays so she could sing Happy Birthday.
Tish was also known to embroider tea towels and give them away just because she loved doing things for other people. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
