Lois Marie Schoonover Wyman (82) of Tulsa, OK was born January 16, 1942. She left this earthly world March 1, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Lois was born in Chanute, Kansas, the fourth daughter of Manford and Helen Schoonover. She attended school in Kansas, graduating from Wichita High School East.

She married Jerry Wyman and move to Seattle Washington for a few years and then returned to Oklahoma City to raise her children Cheryl and Bradley.

Lois has a wonderful quick wit and was a straight shooter. You knew where you stood with her and she would always tell you "The truth of the matter"!! Horses were a passion of hers. She loved to ride them and she just "got" them. Lois always has a dog by her side, as a little girl it was Lassie and there were many others as the years rolled by. During her recent years, her little black poodle's name was Prince and this is exactly how she regarded him.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved sister Donna and brother-in-law Robert (Rusty) Russum.

She is survived by her sister Marilyn Schoonover and Shirley Olinger, Her children Cheryl (Pete) Beilman and Bradley (Kalise) Wyman. Her grandchildren Jason Nashert, Alissa Shultz and Alexa Wyman. Her great grandchildren Arya Shultz, Ellie Shultz and Malachi Batista and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service in her honor will be held at a later date.
