Louise Elaine Washington, 53, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away July 1, 2014. Louise was born in Oklahoma City on March 28, 1961 to Frank and Fern (Christy) Suess. Louise was a pet groomer and will be missed by so many. Louise is survived by her husband, Van Washington of Tulsa as well as a great host of other family members and friends.
