Lucas Codey Banks, age 31, passed away in Tulsa on February 20, 2016. Mr. Banks was born on October 1, 1984 in South El Monte, California to Phillip and Connie Banks. Lucas worked as a home health care worker. Survivors include his mother Connie; brothers: Lance, Rob along with fiance Amanda. Lucas is also survived by other loving family and friends.
