Marie Elizabeth DeBoer, 73, of Checotah, Oklahoma passed away peacefully November 13, 2015 in Tulsa. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia on September 20, 1942 to William Cullpepper and Alma Grimstead Cullpepper. Marie is survived by her loving husband, Gerrit DeBoer along with their children and their families. No services are planned.
