Mark Alan Fox, age 55, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was lied to rest on August 2, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 3pm, Tuesday August 11, 2015 at Resthaven Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held at Odie's Bar in Ponca City where family and friends will gather for the celebration of Mark's life. Mr. Fox was born January 8, 1960 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. He spent the majority of his childhood in Wyoming where his family then moved to Ponca City during his teen years. He graduated from Ponca City High School and went on to get an associate's degree from Northern Oklahoma College. Mark moved to Tulsa to further his career in the oilfield industry, but it was his love and passion for woodworking that eventually led him to cabinet making. He is proceeded in death by his father: John D. Fox; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd E. Norris, and Lena and R.C. Lane. Mark is survived by his mother: Lodena Johns of Newkirk Oklahoma; his sister and brother-in-law: Robin and Kurt Sattre of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his step brother: James Ford of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Nieces include: Mindy and Ryan Williams of Arkansas City, Kansas, and Krystal and Dalton Bowman of Westcliffe, Colorado. Three great nieces: Peyton Williams, Dailyn Nickles, and Abbie Williams. Along with his aunt: Claudia Barnes of Ponca City, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial contributions be made to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma.
