Martin Luther Stouffer, a Retired Business Owner, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Martin was born August 21, 1921, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, to Walter L. and Mary (Jobe) Stouffer. He was 92 years old. Martin owned Arkansas Rebuilder Supply, an auto parts business and was a Veteran of the United States Military.
