Marvin Louis Penrod born May 18th 1952, in Coffeyville Kansas to Louis Marvin and Mildrid Nadean Penrod. Marvin was raised by his Grandparents Jess and Cecil Rupert. Marvin attended schoo; up un til the 10th grade and later joined the United States Navy where he underwent 18 months of service in Veitnam as a Gun Boat operator branched off the USS Mauna Kea.

Marvin later worked as a machinist for 16 years, Walmart for 11 and a half years hyatt instruments for 3 years. where he finally retired in his retired years he spent his time doing ccarpentary and small thing around the house along with fishing camping attending powwows and spending timewith his family.

Marvin spent 29 years in the ministry as an evengelist, pastor and in church helps he eas a devoted man of God teaching anyone who would listen about the Goodness of his Savoir and Lord Jesus Christ.

Marvin left to be with his heavenly Father on May 31, 2025. He is survived by his wife Donna Penrod and children, Grand children and Great Grandchildren. Marvin is also survived by all sibling but one.

Marvin is Procedded in Death by his parents, grandparents, and a son and one brother along with others.

Marvin was a dedicated Son, Grandson, Brother Father Minister and Friend.
