Matthew Allen Crockett, age 32 passed away February 9, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born November 30, 1982 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to David Michael Crockett and Melodie Ashley Powders. Matthew is survived by his mother: Melodie Powders (Dennis); grandmothers: Loletta Ashley and Shirley Anderson; uncle: Don Crockett. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Make Promises Happen.
