Maxine Clara Powell, 83, of Tulsa, Oklahoma died January 16, 2012. She was born May 17, 1928 in Seneca, Nebraska to Gerald O. and Opal M. (Birth) Douglas. Maxine spent a large part of her life in Muskogee where she owned and operated the World Famous Brass Rail Lounge Owner.
