Mike spent his early years in Golden, Colorado. When Mike was just two years old, his parents and him moved to Leadville Colorado, where he was raised with his sister Krissy. Mike had spent most of his years in Leadville, where he built a beautiful life of his own with his wife and kids. Mike's field of work with Sun Belt required lots of travel, he got to see the most amazing places all around the United States. He then moved to Oklahoma in November of 2021, where he spent the rest of his time.

Mike had a wonderful career working for Lake County School District and Sun Belt Corp. Mike was a jack of all trades doing everything from maintenance to electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc. He had a passion for working. Mike never blinked an eye at helping those that were in need, Mike was the first call a friend or family member would make when they needed help, he was always there for his beloved family and friends.

Mike attended school in Leadville Colorado. He graduated from Lake County High School in 1989, in Leadville.

A true handyman at heart, Mike enjoyed building and restoring various pieces for family and friends.

Mike loved the mountains! He loved gold panning, metal detecting and looking for new places to explore. He enjoyed taking "a drive" in his spare time, in the mountains of Leadville. Mike had a love for vehicles and teaching his daughter and grandkids how to drive. When Mike moved to Oklahoma, he never lost his love for nature.
