Michael Conner Fogarty, 41,of Kansas City passed away November 19,2020 after a short but acute battle with Crohn's disease at Ascension St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Michael was born May 24, 1979 in Kansas City at Bethany Medical Center. He was baptized at St. Anthony's Church in 1979. He attended Kansas State University and recently finished his degree at KCCC to become a registered nurse. In 2020 he began his professional medical career at Ascension St John Hospital of Tulsa. Michael is survived by his parents Ed (Kathleen) Fogarty and Therese Hamil, his siblings Kelly Fogarty Pound (Jimmy), Ed III Fogarty (Erin), Patrick Fogarty (Lauren), nephew Kian Fogarty, and niece Addison Fogarty. Michael has many aunts and uncles: Joan, Florence, Michael, Edward, Marie, Angela, William, Peter, Cecilia, Mabel and Michael. He also has many cousins and countless friends that he treasured. He is preceded in death by his baby sister Erin Fogarty Prather. Michael had a love of life and appeared to never have met a stranger. He was deeply loved by so many who knew him. Funeral Services will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Lenexa, KS and Mount Calvary cemetery in Kansas City, KS on Saturday, November 28th beginning at 10:00am.
