Michael Anne (Sullivan) Moore, age 80, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, died peacefully in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on April 2, 2024, after a lengthy illness. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada November 15, 1943, she was the elder daughter of the late Bob and Irish (Evelyn Calnen) Sullivan.

A member of Alpha Gamma Delta International Sorority, Michael, who loved her distinctive name, was a graduate of the University of King's College, the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, O'More College of Design, Franklin, Tennesee, and she held real estate broker licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. After graduating from Kings with a BA (Honors, English), Michael worked as a computer programmer with R. L. Polk (Canada) Ltd. She was soon drawn back to academia where she earned a degree in education from OISE, following which she taught secondary school in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

She married Sandy Moore, the love of her life, in 1966. Upon the arrival of their daughter, Krisan, she devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mom supporting the development of their children and Sandy's career as a telecommunications executive. She was truly the "wind beneath Sandy's wings". His career advancements resulted in family moves from Brampton to Minneapolis, Nashville, Calgary, and Chicago. In her role as homemaker, or as she called it, the "Coordinator of Home Care and Community Services", Michael developed skills as a gourmet cook, an accomplished seamstress, a community volunteer, and as someone who loved entertaining family and friends.

As their children were launched, she developed her own contracting and design firm, and became an award-winning realtor. She excelled at everything she undertook. In 2013, she and Sandy retired to Tulsa to be closer to family.

Preceded in death by Sandy, her husband of 51 years, Michael is survived by her daughter, Krisan Moore Walker, Greensboro, North Carolina; son Sean (Allison) Moore, Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren Brandon Walker, Wheat Ridge, Colorado; Joshua (Kasey) Walker, Greensboro, North Carolina; Hannah Moore, Hartford, Connecticut; Isaac Moore, Dallas, Texas; and sister, Pat Sullivan, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
