Mildred Marie Powell, 92, of Bixby, Oklahoma passed away January 25, 2015 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Mildred was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 5, 1922 to William and Nettie Fuller. Mildred is survived by her husband, James Powell as well as their children and a host of other loving relatives. Private family services are being held.
