Monica LeeAnn Booker, 26, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away January 15, 2014 after a brief illness. Monica was born in Pensacola, Florida on May 23, 1987. Monica is survived by her parents, Mitchell and Christina Custred as well as a great host of other family members and friend that miss her immensely. Friends are encouraged to celebrate Monicas life. Private family services will be held out of state.
