Moon Poorboy Jones Houck passed away from this life on August 16, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Moon was born on October 11, 1972 in Los Angeles, California and Moved to Tulsa when she was two months old. She went to sleep with a kiss from her loving husband Chuck, and woke up in heaven in her mother Kays loving arms. She will be missed by many family members and friends.
