Nancy Ellen Barnes, 73, passed peacefully from this life on September 9, 2023. Nancy was born to John and Marilynn Barnes in Tulsa on June 29, 1950. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School and attended Tulsa Community College. She was a very hard working single mother and owned and operated a very successful programming business, Nano Computing, as well as serving as the Chief IT Officer for CFS I & II. She also attended and worked for All Souls Unitarian Church. She tirelessly cared for and advocated for her daughter, Becky.

She will be missed by many, most of all her son, Phillip, his wife, Angla, and her four grandchildren, Mikasa, Mikaci, Merrik, and Malix, her great grandchild, Reign, and her longtime friend and business partner, Ron Henderson.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be welcomed by NBIADisorders.org for the support of finding a cure for BPAN and other NBIA Disorders that claimed the life of her daughter Becky.
