Nancy Ruth Whitaker, 82, of Owasso, Oklahoma passed peacefully Monday, December 7, 2015 in Tulsa. She was born in Drumright, Oklahoma on March 15, 1933 to Vier and Ruth (Lewis) Winans. Nancy is survived by her husband, Billy Whitaker; children, Steven Whitaker, Laura Stammer and her husband, Dale and Linda Kay Whitaker; grandchildren, Anthony "James" and his wife, Carrie, Andrew, Gail, Michael and his wife, Melissa, Richard "Ricky" and his wife, Suzanne, Valerie and her husband, Cody and Stacie; eight great grandchildren and her brother, Vier Lewis Winans and his wife, Ann. A memorial service will be held 1:00pm, Friday, December 11, 2015 at the First Church in Owasso. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Clarehouse in memory of Nancy Whitaker.
