Norma Jean Williams, age 87, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away July 2, 2016. She was born December 5, 1928 to John B. and Nancy L. (White) Stampes. Norma Jean was a bar owener for many years. She is survived by her loving family and friends she has met along the way.
