Pam graduated from Tulsa Memorial High School in 1972. She received her Bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University and later graduated with a JD degree from the University of Tulsa Law School in 1979 and was licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas. She specialized in Banking Law and authored books and practiced Banking Law for over 40 years until her retirement. She loved her dog, Ida Red and was active assisting animal welfare organizations. She had many special relationships with longtime friends. Pam loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening and painting. She was preceded in death by her father, Deryl L Gotcher and her mother, Nadine Gotcher. She is survived by two brothers, Deryl Jr (Chip), and Mark S. Gotcher, six nephews and 10 great-nephews and nieces whom she adored. A private family gathering will be held to celebrate her life.
