Patricia Joy Smith-Foster, 67, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, left this world on July 25, 2013, after a valiant and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes. Friends and family affectionately referred to her as "Pat". Pat was born in Colorado City on January 4, 1946. She grew up in a Christian home with loving parents and spent most of her time in church watching her parents as they ministered various Assembly of God churches in Memphis, Colorado City, Wellington, Slaton and Lubbock Texas. She attended school in Slaton, Texas. Pat was very talented mastering various musical instruments such as the piano, organ and the accordion which she would often play during church services. Pat spent a number of years working for Southwestern Bell in Lubbock, Texas before she would become a Professional China Artist. She married Craig P. Foster of Weed, New Mexico on May 27, 2000. She will be remembered for being a servant of God, very classy, a perfectionist, afraid of nothing and having a God given talent as an artist. Patricia is survived by her sister, Shirley Gayle Smith, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three children, Jeffrey Brent Taylor of Lubbock, Texas, Sharon Michelle Smith and Victoria Lynn Gorman of Las Cruces, New Mexico; five grandchildren, Ian Zachery Elliott, Hayley Michelle Elliott, Deanna Elliott, Meagen Lynette Montin and Jessica Danille Smith and one great-grandchild, Bella. Patricia was preceded in death by her son Johnny Chris Elliott on October 20, 2007. She also leaves three nieces and many great-nieces and nephews.
